Went into Game Library and game details, changed the language to English, started the game, it automatically downloaded the language files and the dialogues were back. Seems that since there are no spoken dialogues in polish, the game assumes no dialogues at all xD. Hope it will work also for you (unless you already have the english language
The mod removes many useless video files which are unskippable on game start. Just by deleting these files, the game won't load these videos and will get right to the startup.
