and that's not counting all those bound materials that don't have a price tag but that can take a while to acquire by a solo player. According to the Guilds page under gw2efficiency, the current total cost of a maxed out guild is 15,672g, 711,262 aetherium and 57,281 favor. A lot. My guild, TACO, is a small one. Each guild has two assembly queues, one for PVE and one for WVW. Most items you craft will go into the guild storage, not your personal storage. You can find these items on the Guild Panel in the Storage tab. Any guild member can access these items. How to Level Scribe. Due to the cost of leveling Scribe, we recommend you use an online guide.
A level 25 doing a level 25 event will receive 7%. Seems pretty close in my opinion. That's about 29-30% decrease in efficiency, so if you need to go fast go for the properly leveled ones. Unless you're only planning on doing one event, in which case a 2% loss in percentage points becomes barely measurable.
After review, crafting for about $5 gets the character to max in a reported roughly 2 hours. Bear in my mind, the $5 is based off gw2crafts.net. The 2 hours is from player reports. Most how to level fast videos suggest about 25 hours or so. The difference between 2 hours and 25 hours is worth $5. I could find no better way.

We are not the same as other guilds, we’re not looking to be “the biggest and meanest”, we’re looking for new friends. We don't want you to be just a number, we want to get to know you. Below level 80 crafting is pretty much useless and even a lot of level 80 stuff is useless, but that's because gear is so readily available in this game. You can even buy sets of level 80 exotic gear for karma, for example, or from the TP for very little gold. But yeah, crafting is really a level 80 affair. Dungeons are optional PvE instances designed for a full party of five. There are eight dungeons at release, found every 10 levels starting at level 30. Three of the eight dungeons are designed for For WvW, the server vs server open world pvp, you can also start playing it early, I don't remember the exact level, but gear is not standardized in it. So you will have a tough time until you at least hit max. You will also get tomes of knowledge from both that will give you PvE levels. You can level to 80 playing just pvp. As other people have said if you don't want it you can just use it on an existing character who is already level 80. They'll get a full set of exotic gear with celestial stats and the Level-80 Boost Package which contains 2g, some dyes, food and 5 teleport to friend items, among other things. All of that can be kept or deleted if you don't want it. vFi8.
